Welcome to our workflow. Here, we outline our process for handling tasks efficiently and effectively.
The initial step where we receive the job request from the client or internal sources.
We perform an initial troubleshooting process to identify any obvious issues or concerns with the task at hand.
If necessary, we proceed to dismantle the equipment or components to further assess the problem and prepare for repairs.
A detailed fault report is generated based on the findings from the troubleshooting and dismantling process. This report outlines the issues identified and the proposed solutions.
We provide a formal quote to the client detailing the scope of work, estimated costs, and timeline for completing the task.
Upon receiving approval from the client, we commence the actual repair, rewinding, or assembly work as outlined in the quote.
After completing the repairs or assembly, thorough testing and quality audits are conducted to ensure the equipment meets the required standards and specifications.
Once the testing and audits are successfully completed, the repaired or assembled equipment is dispatched and sent back to the client.
If requested by the client, we offer additional services such as installation and load testing to ensure the equipment functions properly in its intended environment. These services may be provided at an extra cost.
